Acceptance of Terms
By registering for courses, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Course Registration & Participation
Eligibility: Participants must be at least 13 years old unless otherwise specified. Some courses may have additional prerequisites.
Registration: Course registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Attendance: Full attendance is required for certification. Late arrivals or early departures may result in non-certification.
Physical Requirements: Participants must be able to perform physical skills including kneeling, chest compressions, and rescue breathing.

Liability & Risk Acknowledgment
Training Environment: Participants acknowledge that first aid training involves physical activity and potential risk of injury.
Medical Conditions: Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely. We do our best to accomdate any medical condition when possible.
Certification & Standards
Certification Requirements: Successful completion requires demonstration of all required skills and passing written assessments where applicable.
Recertification: It is the participant's responsibility to maintain current certification through timely recertification.
Standards Compliance: All training meets or exceeds standards set by our certifying partners.
Important Disclaimers
Training vs. Medical Advice: Our courses provide training in emergency response techniques. This training does not constitute medical advice or replace professional medical care.
Scope of Practice: Participants should only perform skills within their training level and local legal scope of practice.
Continuing Education: Emergency response techniques and guidelines may change. Participants are encouraged to stay current with best practices.
